Claire smiled lightly,

"No.... I don't think there is anything else you need to show me. I just had to make sure you had one of the tattoos otherwise I would have to charge you differantly if you were Kyther since there is an exchange rate. Are you going to need any other supplies while you're here? Celestial comes with his saddle and reins, but not with any food or training equipment if you wanted it."

Claire began to saddle up Celestial, giving him a few nice and good pats.

"Kyther with horses. My my. The Lytolian Guards might look askance  such an equal opportunity policy as that," Tamerin commented mildly, buttoning himself back up.

"The bare essentials will do well for me," he added. Reaching into his satchel to produce a bag full of coins he started counting them out.

Claire finished strapping up Celestial as Tamerin spoke to her. She turned around and gave him a slight dirty look as she spoke.

"My family has been a part of Cadmia for a very long time. Our family history goes back to the begining when the city was first built, we run our business how we want to as long as we are not doing anything illegal."

Claire brushed her hair back out of her face, the wind was picking up again. She waited for Tamerin to finish counting his money. She still wasn't sure how she felt about this person, mixed feelings were certain.

Tamerin smiled at her dirty look. It was a startlingly sweet and innocent expression, in contrast to his general attitude and words.

"Ah? Nepotism on a corporate level. Yes, you a certainly justified in taking advantage of everything your government lets you get away with. After all, it's not technically illegal to sell property to property."

He reached out, took her hand, and poured a stream of coins into it. He remained in contact for a moment longer than was appropriate, then picked up Celestial's rein's on his way out of Claire's personal space.

"Come property," he told the horse, leading him gently. "I think you'll mind my teasing less than your former mistress."

"I presume there's something I need to sign?" he added to Claire.

Claire huffed at Tamerin's remarks. She placed the coins into her own pouch, she would add them later into her finances and update her books.

"I just need your signature here for my records. It just says that you paid up front and in full for the horse."

Claire handed Tamerin the book and a quill. Patiently she waited although her facial expression was that of slight irritation. After Tamerin gave her the book back she spoke again,

"Farewell and good luck on your travels to Dimesca."

"Farewell and good luck staying in one place," Tamerin said, mounting the horse fairly easily. The horse made it easier by kneeling slightly. The fact that Tamerin wasn't expecting this made his ascent rather awkward, but he looked pleased once he was stable on the animals back.

"Clever boy," he said, patting Celestial's neck. Not occupied with almost falling off a horse anymore, he looked down once more at the horse's former owner. He grinned.

"Irritation becomes you, pretty Claire," he told her. This was apparently a goodbye, or at least hopefully a last word, because then he turned the horse away and out of her stables.
